I'm a professional freelance lighting cameraman based in Ireland and available to travel anywhere in the world on professional assignments at short notice

I have over 25 year’s experience working in all areas of film and TV production including national and international news coverage, TV advertising commercials, corporate video, and documentaries for television and online use.

I started my career as a camera assistant progressing to camera operator in one of Dublin’s major studios, Anner Communications where I was part of a team covering major international news stories at home and worldwide. I have covered news and sporting events for reputable television companies including BBC, ITN, Channel 4, Sky News, TV2 Denmark, NOS, YLE, and many others.

In 1991 I went freelance to help broaden my experience and develop my creative skills mainly in television, filming documentaries, working on travel and light entertainment-type programmes as well as corporate and online videos.

         I have worked in over fifty countries in all kinds of conditions. I've experience working to the highest standards with all the latest cameras. I am also a stills photographer and have supplied press promotional photographs for many of the productions I've worked on.
